TO ORDER OUTSIDE THE UK
If you are ordering from outside the UK please email your order and we will invoice you via paypal with the Post & Packing costs added to the invoice. All sales are covered by UK legislation.
PAYMENTS ACCEPTED
For your convenience and protection, we only accept payments through PayPal. You can place your order through PayPal's secure server using your credit card or bank account without becoming a PayPal member. PayPal is the most convenient and secure way to pay online.
DELIVERY
Delivery within the UK is by Royal Mail 2nd Class Post and normally takes from 3 - 10 days.
Please note that items that are not 'one of a kind (OOAK)' are made to order so delivery may take up to 3 weeks.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we will refund you in full, as part of my 14 day money back guarantee.
This does not apply to items personalised, special orders, bespoke items or items such as earrings that by their nature cannot be returned . (Earrings are covered under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, as amended in 1994.)
To cancel or return an item please email us at caroleecrafts@btinternet.com within seven days of delivery of your item, quoting your invoice number.
The goods must be returned in their original condition. Items may be returned via Royal Mail, ( Via Special Delivery or Recorded Signed for ) - please retain proof of postage. This cost should be met by yourself unless the item is faulty, in which case the postage will be refunded, both delivery and return charges. All returns to be sent to the address below.
PRIVACY
We do not sell or pass on your personal information to third parties. Unless requested otherwise. We may email you from time to time along with mail shots, informing you of our current products, sales or events.
OUT OF STOCK
Paypal will automatically reflect if an item is out of stock, when you go to checkout. Many of the items that we make are one of a kind, once sold they will not be repeated.
